ZERONE LLC provides computer and technology services. Refunds depend on the work performed.
If you cancel before service work has started, any prepaid service amount may be refundable, less any clearly disclosed non-refundable third-party fees or purchased items.
Fees for time already spent, diagnostic work already completed, or services already delivered are generally non-refundable. If prepaid work has not been performed, the unused portion may be eligible for refund.
Software licenses, parts, subscriptions, and other third-party products are subject to the refund terms of the applicable provider or seller.
